About Blazing Trails Change Management

I founded Blazing Trails so that I would have the freedom and flexibility to support non-profits and businesses to address challenges within their organizations.

My career began with a bachelor’s of science in chemical engineering from Michigan Technological University; I later received a Master’s in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University. How strange, right? Humans are by far the most complex systems out there - this is what intrigues me. 

I bring real-life, on-the-ground, functional experience in organizations; an attention to detail that leaves no stone unturned; an outcome focus that strives for measurable, sustainable results; and an unrelenting passion for employee engagement. I look forward to working with you soon.
